Getting Dumber

Well, it's been awhile since I last posted. I got my widom teeth out on Friday, and I've spent the weekend listenning to the audiobook of The Da Vinci Code...again. I've done some homework, and resolved to post on this blog more often. So, without further ado, I've got some announcements:

Monday, Feb 20- Happy birthday Jenny! I hope you feel better soon!

Next Weekend- I'll be staying with my mom (she just moved to San Francisco). Anything anyone wants from the Apple Store, or Nihonmachi (Japantown), just ask me. Donations are incouraged. ^_^''

Soon- I'll be buying a Palm T|X handheld, and I'll review it on this blog. It should be l337.

NOTE- I do not like being on "Valium". I don't see how people can get hooked to this stuff. Seriously, I don't. It's like being both tired and dizzy, at the same time. Not fun.

EDIT: Whoops! That's vicodin, not valium. I guess I don't know my drugs very well, ne? ^_^''

Poem, written in the rain

It was only a light sprinkle, ne?

The Passerby I knew
Perchance that I may hold you in my arms
once more, a vivid springtime's sweet embrace.
A memory of smiling ruby lips
to press against mine own and whisper soft
and beautiful words against mine tender ears.

What winter chill has blown in from the west?
A greater frost hath not befallen me,
nor more enfeebling cold hath filled mine heart
than long lost absence of your dear departing
form, a scattered trail of footprints in the snow.

But clouds, so long apart collide again,
and break the day to music in mine ears:
A laugh, so short and liken to the call
of morning birds a memory unleashed.
and followed by an image of your face,
sweet tears of joy like stars upon on your eyes.
